Position Overview:
HealthEdge is looking foraOperations Strategy & PlanningPrincipal fortheHRPbusiness unit. Reporting to the GM, you will bring your thought leadership to execute departmental and enterprise initiatives, oversee department communications, help quantify ROI related to business and technology investments and manage OKR and KPI reporting. Exceptional business acumen, attention to detail, organizational skills and impeccable communication skills are critical to success in this role.

*Your impact: *
Act as a strategic advisor to GM and theHRPleadership team, providing insights and support on business operations, strategy, and planning.
Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring collaboration across departments and timely completion of projects.
Facilitate communication between the leadership team and stakeholders, including drafting and disseminating updates and reports.
Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the team to facilitate efficient decision-making.
Lead special projects assigned by GM, ranging from operational improvements to new business opportunities.
Be a partner to the leadership team to drive strategy, OKRs development, tracking and effectiveness to drive execution and accountability.
Ensure that OKR Objectives are clear and measurable, and the expected values and metrics are well defined.
Lead Board meeting preparation and documents in partnership with the leadership team; create board facing materials.
Partner with finance to determine the metrics they need including owning the format and cadence of such reports and solicit inputs from the necessary stakeholders.
Oversee communications related to department-wide initiatives.
*What you bring: *
7+ years’ experience in operations, strategic planning, consulting, or related field
Experience working within the Healthcare industry preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans and solutions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of effectively managing complex projects.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Deep understanding of business operations, financial planning, and performance metrics.
High EQ and a comfort level working with and presenting to C-level executives; Natural ability to influence.
Ability to independently problem solve with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights and recommendations.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Geographic Responsibility: While HealthEdge is located in Burlington, MA, you may live anywhere in the U.S.
